Waterside is an acquirer and operator of marine and outdoor construction companies. Serving residential and commercial customers, Waterside affiliate companies design, build and maintain seawalls, docks, boat lifts and other near-shore structures that create inviting outdoor living and entertaining settings.

Waterside is managed by successful entrepreneurs experienced in acquiring and growing companies across various industries.
Mr. Clark is a former state of Florida licensed General Contractor and previously owned and managed a construction and real estate development company.
He has grown and sold several companies in the technology and healthcare industries, closing over 10 buy and sell side transactions totaling in excess of $200 million.
From 2001 through 2017, Mr. Correll founded and served as CEO of Broadsmart Florida, Inc. (“Broadsmart”), a facility-based VoIP carrier. Under Mr. Correll’s leadership as its CEO, Broadsmart grew from a local phone company to a nationwide carrier. Broadsmart was acquired by Magic Jack in 2016 for $42 million, and Mr. Correll continued to serve as its CEO until 2017.
Todd currently serves as a Director of Cloudfirst, a position which he began in 2014. Mr. Correll has also served as a financial and operations executive consultant and board member for SACo, a leading online retail operation. Mr. Correll attended Syracuse University. Mr. Correll holds a pilot’s license as well as a USCG Captains license.
